Mesura is built and maintained by one person. Write to mesura.app@gmail.com and it reaches them directly — expect a reply within a few working days.

Getting in touch

Email mesura.app@gmail.com about anything: a bug, a calculator returning a result you did not expect, a material that is missing, wording that reads wrong in your language, or a feature you need on site.

The same inbox is one tap away inside the app, under Settings → Send feedback.

Reporting a problem

Mesura keeps your work on your device and sends us nothing automatically, so your report is all we have to go on. The more of this you include, the faster it gets fixed:

Common questions

Where is my data kept?

On your phone, in the app's private storage. Mesura has no accounts and no server, so your projects and calculations never leave the device unless you export or share them yourself. The Privacy Policy sets this out in full.

I have a new phone — how do I bring my projects across?

There is no cloud sync, which is the other side of storing nothing about you. Before you switch, open the project, use Export to save it as a PDF or plain text, and send that to yourself.

I bought Mesura Pro but the app still shows it locked

Open Settings → Restore purchases. The unlock is a one-time purchase tied to your App Store or Google Play account, so it comes back on any device signed in to that same account. If it still does not appear, email us with your store receipt.

Does Mesura work without a connection?

Yes. Every calculator, the level and your saved projects work fully offline. That is what it was built for.

The level does not read zero on a surface I know is flat

Phone sensors drift. Rest the phone on the surface you trust and tap Calibrate, which zeroes the level against whatever it is sitting on. Treat the reading as a guide — it is a convenience tool, not a certified instrument.

Can I change the units, currency or language?

Yes. Settings → Calculator defaults holds the unit system, default waste and currency; language, theme and accent colour are under Settings → Appearance.

The legal documents

The Privacy Policy covers what stays on your phone and the rights you have over it. The Terms of Use covers what the Pro unlock includes and the limits of what a calculator can promise.
